Never mind, I saw it.
This is code signature issue, to fix it you have two options to follow:
1- Disable your SIP and the problem will be fixed automatically.

2- Or try to manually re-sign the app to individual sign by performing the follow command using your terminal.
codesign -f -s – –deep /Applications/Pixelmator\ Pro.app
